David and I want to thank you and congratulate you, Austen, upon the superb completion of the tree health and view enhancement project you did for us in two stages this past spring and fall.  The trees at the front of the property look healthier since the work done this spring.  The light and air circulation have really helped.  And the view to the south has been restored to what it was when we bought the property almost 10 years ago.  In fact it has been improved.
We very much appreciated your promptness and feedback as the project went ahead.  We were never left wondering if and when you would show up.  We were impressed with the methodical and safe way with which you approached your aerial work.  We were grateful for the constant consultation and striving to achieve what we hoped for with the view.  And we also were grateful for your attention to cleanup.  And finally, your charges seemed fair and competitive.
